Burnout is on the rise. Many women find themselves disengaged, anxious, and tired. And yet, so many of us continue to chug along and hope things get better. How do you know when you really need to stop and take care of yourself?
Together we'll talk about:
1. Physical signs of burnout
2. Emotional signs of burnout
3. The psychological trap we all get caught in when considering taking a break
You'll walk away with three tools to help you take better care of yourself:
1. How to listen to your body (and when to do it)
2. A meditation that is proven to lower blood pressure
3. A journal exercise you can use weekly to help keep your stress on track
About Danielle Ireland
Prior to her work as a therapist, Danielle Ireland MSW, LCSW, worked as a performer and ballroom dance instructor. Her journey from performer to therapist wasn’t a clearly defined path, but rather a sweaty, awkward, and exhilarating process of step, stumble, fear, learn, repeat.
Danielle believes that when we see the best in ourselves, we bring out the best in others. She's also the creator of the Unleashing You Program, author of the Treasured Journal, and host of the podcast, Don't Cut Your Own Bangs - the remedy to comparison and feeling like everyone has it figured out but you.
